Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding

Our co-founder, Catherine, first made Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding when her family was trying to eat less refined sugar and gluten. Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding takes minutes, even seconds if you’ve got your few ingredients ready to go. Just fill them up in the jars, set them in the fridge for a few hours, and you’re all set!

The main ingredient in these Coconut Chia Seed Pudding is chia seeds which are a superfood packed with omega fatty acids, protein, and fiber. The Chia Seeds are soaked in coconut milk which makes them easier to digest.

We love making each one unique by topping it with fresh fruits, nuts, unsweetened flaked coconut, chocolate chips, or serving them au natural.

Coconut Chia Breakfast Pudding

  • 1/3 cup whole chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey

Optional Toppings

  • Shredded coconut
  • Chocolate chips
  • Mango
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi


  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Divide between 4 jars or bowls and add desired toppings.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve.
