Summer Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts, bonless
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 zuchinni, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • black pepper, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  • Toss all the ingredients with the olive oil and seasonings.
  • Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
