Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked large shrimp, sliced in half
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 14 ounce can hearts of palm, cut into thin circles
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
