  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 serving collagen peptides
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Optional Additions

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
