Green Machine Pizza
Pizza dough (A.P. flour, water, yeast, extra-virgin olive oil) (GLUTEN FREE: Bobs Red Mill gluten-free flour, water, yeast, extra-virgin olive oil)
- Shredded mozzarella
30 minutes before cooking, remove pizza dough from fridge* and preheat oven to 450˚ F. **(please note, we have poked holes in the bags to ensure your dough has room to proof in the bags; it may poke thru a bit, that is perfectly ok!)
Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin (or wine bottle), roll into a circle 12”-14” in diameter.
Move dough to a lightly oiled baking sheet (or pizza stone). Spread the pesto evenly over the top, leaving a ½“ border around the edge. If you prefer a more golden crust, lightly brush olive oil around the edge.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the pizza and add zuchinni coins, broccoli and spinach on top.
Put in preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes; or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
