Megan has created a brilliant way to make a mess of yummy pancakes in no time at all. We love the bananas on top, nice touch Megan!
Ingredients
2.5c pancake mix
1.5c choice of milk
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/3 stick of butter
1/4c brown sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Melt 1/3 stick of butter on the stove top and pour into a small bowl with your brown sugar (this should be like a sand texture)
Make your pancake mix by mixing together the dry mix, eggs, and milk.
Slice up your bananas into small coins.
When your mix is ready, grab a cookie sheet (one with edges), and spray with cooking spray to avoid sticking (spray the edges too!). Pour your pancake mixture into your sheetpan.
Sprinkle your brown sugar mixture throughout and take a utensil to swirl the brown sugar into your pancake batter. Top with your bananas and bake for 15 minutes.
Slice into squares and serve with butter and maple syrup! Makes for a great meal prep to have for the week!
