Ingredients
Marinated pork shoulder (cumin,garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt)
Tortillas
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Directions
Get pork shoulder in the crock pot:
Place the pork shoulder in the Crock Pot (slow cooker) and rub all over with the seasoning mixture. Pour the salsa around the pork shoulder.
Cook on low heat for 8-10 hoursShred the pork:
Remove the pork to a plate and using 2 forks, shred into bite size pieces (we recommend removing the visible pieces of fat, but totally up to you!).
Pour a scoop or two of the juices into the pork and stir to combine.Serve and Enjoy:
Serve as a taco bar with any additional toppings you'd like to add and enjoy!

Kids can help shred the pork.
