Ingredients
Shredded cheese
Black beans (black beans cooked with onions, sweet garlic, cumin, coriander, cilantro)
Bell pepper
Roasted corn salsa (Sweet corn, roasted piquillo peppers, red onions, champagne vinegar, lime juice, raw sugar, toasted cumin seed, cilantro)
Sliced red onions
Sliced radishes
Tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat oven and assemble nachos:
Preheat oven to 375.
Place the chips on a sheet pan.
Top chips with the shredded cheese followed by beans and bell pepper.Bake Nachos:
Place in the oven for 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Take out of oven and top with the corn salsa, sliced red onions and sliced radishes.Serve and Enjoy:
Serve alongside your favorite salsa, guacamole or any other optional toppings. Enjoy!!!
