  • 15 oz. organic refried beans

  • 2 c. Mexican cheese blend (shredded)

  • 1 c. Oaxacan cheese (shredded)

  • 6 eggs

  • 4 corn cobs

  • sour cream (for serving)

  • cilantro (for garnish)
