Bright, colorful, and festive, these 4th of July Fruit Wands are a fun, healthy treat that kids will love to make and eat. Perfect for parties, snacks, or edible centerpieces!

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon (preferably seedless)
  • 2 pints blueberries
  • 20 bamboo skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Watermelon

  • Slice watermelon into 1-inch thick rounds.
  • Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out star pieces.

2. Assemble the Wands

  • Gently thread blueberries onto each skewer.
  • Top each skewer with a watermelon star.
  • Alternate fruits if desired for a more decorative look.

3. Serve

  • Arrange on a platter or
  • Stand upright in a tall glass or decorated foam for a centerpiece display.
