Crispy, sweet, and totally addictive—these Air Fryer Churro Pasta Chips transform simple pasta into a crunchy, cinnamon-sugar treat that’s perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain well.

2. Coat the Pasta

  • Return pasta to the pot.
  • Add butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Toss until evenly coated.

3. Air Fry

  • Transfer pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
  • Shake the basket halfway through for even crisping.

4. Cool & Serve

  • Let cool slightly to crisp up further.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd: Ensures even crisping
  • Use short pasta shapes: Like farfalle or rigatoni for best texture
  • Crispness improves as it cools: Don’t judge straight out of the fryer
