Ingredients
- 8 ounces (about 2 cups) pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain well.
2. Coat the Pasta
- Return pasta to the pot.
- Add butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Toss until evenly coated.
3. Air Fry
- Transfer pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through for even crisping.
4. Cool & Serve
- Let cool slightly to crisp up further.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd: Ensures even crisping
- Use short pasta shapes: Like farfalle or rigatoni for best texture
- Crispness improves as it cools: Don’t judge straight out of the fryer
