- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

Prepare the sweet potatoes
In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with the pumpkin pie spice, salt, and oil until evenly coated. -
Air fry
Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12–14 minutes, or until golden and fork-tender. -
Finish with maple syrup
Once cooked, drizzle the sweet potatoes with maple syrup and toss gently to coat. -
Serve
Serve warm as a side dish.
