With just a few simple ingredients and almost no cleanup, it’s an easy dinner that pairs well with everything from roasted vegetables to rice or fresh salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if your model requires it.
  2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and rub it evenly over the surface.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and any additional seasonings of choice.

  7. Squeeze the roasted lemon halves over the salmon just before serving.

  • Fresh or frozen: Fresh salmon works best, but thaw frozen fillets completely and pat them dry before seasoning.
  • Cook everything together: If space allows, air fry vegetables like asparagus, broccoli florets, or zucchini alongside the salmon. Avoid overcrowding the basket so everything cooks evenly.
  • Check for doneness: Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the salmon, so begin checking around the 8-minute mark.
