Hello, bright green smoothie! ✨

Not only do you sparkle and shine with your beautiful emerald color, but you’re also incredibly nutritious and so simple to make. This is the kind of smoothie that feels fun and vibrant while delivering real, wholesome goodness in every sip.

Naturally sweet fruit blends effortlessly with tender spinach for a drink that tastes bright and refreshing — never “too green.”

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

Step 1: Add to Blender

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Blend

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed to fully incorporate the spinach.

Step 3: Serve

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

  • Boost the Protein: Add one serving of vanilla protein powder or collagen peptides for extra staying power.
  • Superfood Add-Ins: Hemp seeds, bee pollen, or chia seeds are easy ways to increase nutrients.
  • Milk Swap: Any milk of choice can be substituted for the orange juice if you prefer a creamier, less citrus-forward smoothie.
  • Extra Thick: Use fully frozen fruit for a thicker texture.
  • Kid-Friendly Tip: The banana keeps the flavor naturally sweet, making this smoothie perfect for little ones.
