If you’ve been looking for a refreshing smoothie that’s packed with nutrition to help keep you feeling your best, this Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie is for you.

Bright citrus, naturally sweet carrot, warming ginger, and vibrant turmeric come together in one powerful, sunshine-colored blend. It’s fresh, energizing, and loaded with ingredients that support overall wellness — making it a perfect way to start your morning or give your body a mid-day boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 1 date
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 crack of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup milk (cow, almond, rice, or your favorite variety)

Instructions

Step 1: Blend

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Puree

Blend on high until completely smooth. If needed, pause to scrape down the sides to ensure everything is fully incorporated.

Step 3: Serve

Pour into a tall glass, add a straw, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Powerful Blender Recommended: A high-speed blender works best for smoothly blending raw carrot and fresh turmeric.
  • Turmeric Tip: The coconut oil and black pepper help enhance absorption of turmeric’s beneficial compounds.
  • Sweetness Level: Adjust by adding an extra date if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
  • Allergy Note: Omit bee pollen if you have pollen allergies or sensitivities.
  • Make It Colder: Add a handful of ice for a frostier texture.
