Warm chai spices meet nutrient-packed greens in this Chai Beauty Greens Smoothie — a creamy, protein-rich blend designed to support energy, digestion, and glowing skin. It’s a refreshing yet cozy smoothie that works perfectly for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or a nourishing afternoon reset.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups (45 g) fresh spinach

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (optional)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 serving collagen peptides

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon chai spice
    (or 1/8 teaspoon each cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, and cloves)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk or milk of choice

  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, starting with the milk followed by spinach and remaining ingredients.

  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust spice or sweetness if desired.

  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize the Spice Level
Add extra cinnamon or chai spice for a warmer, more pronounced flavor.

Boost the Creaminess
For a thicker smoothie, add a few frozen banana slices or reduce the liquid slightly.
