Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 4 spinach wraps
Instructions
1. Prepare Filling
- In a bowl, combine:
- Chopped chicken
- Kalamata olives
- Caesar dressing
- Stir until evenly coated.
2. Assemble Wrap
- Lay out a spinach wrap.
- Add about 1/2 of the chicken mixture onto the center.
- Top with 1/2 of the shredded romaine lettuce.
3. Season
- Add a pinch of kosher salt if needed.
4. Wrap
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
5. Serve
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
