- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 date
- 1½ cups milk of choice
- Handful of ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Step 2: PureeBlend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, pause to scrape down the sides.
Step 3: ServePour into a tall glass, pop in a straw, and enjoy immediately.
