Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, in the order listed.

Blend until completely smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides if needed.
Serve right away.

This smoothie is very forgiving. If you want it thicker, add more frozen fruit. Thinner? A splash more milk works.

If honey isn’t your thing, maple syrup or another sweetener works just as well.
