Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 small beet, peeled
- 1 big handful kale or spinach (about 1 loose cup)
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1/4 cup walnuts (or other nuts)
- 1 cup frozen fruit
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add more almond milk as needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
