Creamy Garlic Dip

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Prepare the artichokes
Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them into halves or quarters. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. -
Season
Place the artichokes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and salt until evenly coated. -
Air fry
Arrange the artichokes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, or until golden and tender. -
Make the dip
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth. -
Serve
Remove the artichokes from the air fryer, sprinkle with parmesan if desired, and serve warm with the creamy garlic dip.
