Light, refreshing, and perfectly simple—these cucumber cream cheese sandwiches are ideal for lunchboxes, snacks, or elegant finger food.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced (or any cucumber)
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread

Instructions

1. Prepare Bread

  • Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.

2. Spread Cream Cheese

  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly on one slice of bread.

3. Add Cucumber

  • Layer thin cucumber slices evenly over the cream cheese.

4. Assemble Sandwich

  • Spread another tablespoon of cream cheese on a second slice of bread.
  • Place it on top to form a sandwich.

5. Repeat

  • Continue assembling the second sandwich with remaining ingredients.

6. Slice and Serve

  • Cut into halves or quarters for serving.
