  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips, carob chips, or cocoa nibs (divided)

  • 1/31/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

Optional Toppings

  • Dairy-free chocolate or carob chips

  • Cocoa nibs

  • Dried coconut flakes

  • Banana slices

  • Fresh raspberries

  • Granola

  • Nuts or seeds of choice

Instructions

  1. Place frozen bananas, cauliflower, cacao powder, half of the chocolate chips (or nibs), and milk into a blender.

  2. Blend using a tamper if available, pushing ingredients toward the blades until smooth and thick.

  3. Adjust consistency by adding small amounts of milk as needed.

  4. Spoon the smoothie mixture into bowls.

  5. Top with remaining chocolate chips and desired toppings. Serve immediately.
