The Dragon Berry Smoothie is a vibrant, naturally sweet blend that’s as nourishing as it is beautiful. Dragon fruit brings a soft texture and mild sweetness, while raspberries and banana add brightness and balance. Packed with seeds, nuts, and superfoods, this smoothie delivers both flavor and sustained energy — making it perfect for breakfast or an afternoon refresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 package dragon fruit (pitaya)

  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons raw beet, peeled

  • 1 date

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 3 tablespoons cashews, soaked overnight

  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a tall glass.

  4. Add a straw and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soaking Cashews: Soak overnight for the creamiest texture. If short on time, soak in hot water for 15–20 minutes.

  • Color Boost: Raw beet enhances the vibrant pink color while adding extra nutrients.

  • Sweeter Option: Add an extra date if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.
