  • 2 packs frozen dragon fruit

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen bananas, dragon fruit, raspberries, protein powder, and milk into a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Continue blending until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.

  4. Spoon the smoothie mixture into bowls.

  5. Add desired toppings and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a Food Processor:
A food processor works best for achieving a thick smoothie bowl texture. A blender may require extra liquid, which can make the bowl thinner.

Adjust Thickness:
If the mixture is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time. For a thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit.
