Creamy Greek yogurt sweetened with honey and vanilla becomes a refreshing frozen treat with endless topping combinations for the whole family.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Toppings of choice, such as fresh fruit, granola, or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt base. In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. Prepare the baking sheet. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the mixture. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.

  4. Add toppings. Sprinkle your favorite toppings evenly over the yogurt, gently pressing larger pieces into the surface.

  5. Freeze. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight, until completely firm.

  6. Break into pieces. Remove the frozen yogurt bark from the freezer and break it into bite-size pieces. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Spread evenly: A consistent thickness helps the bark freeze uniformly and makes it easier to break.

  • Choose thick yogurt: Whole-milk Greek yogurt creates a creamy base that holds toppings well.

  • Use small toppings: Smaller pieces are easier to bite into once frozen.

  • Freeze completely: Make sure the bark is firm throughout before breaking it apart.
