Ingredients
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- 1½ cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, melon balls, grapes, or other favorites)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the pomegranate juice, sparkling water, and half of the mixed fruit.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Thread the remaining fruit onto small skewers for garnish.
- Fill four glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over the top, making sure each glass gets some of the fruit.
- Garnish with a fruit skewer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Juice Options: Pomegranate juice provides a beautiful color and bold flavor, but cranberry, grape, or cherry juice also work well.
- Sparkling Water: Club soda or plain sparkling water both create a refreshing fizz without adding extra sugar.
- Make It Sweeter: If a sweeter drink is preferred, stir in a little honey, agave, or simple syrup before chilling.
- Storage: The juice and fruit mixture can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Add the sparkling water just before serving to keep the drink bubbly.
- Serving Tip: Garnish with fresh mint leaves, citrus slices, or colorful fruit skewers for an extra festive presentation.
