Instructions
- Place the apple, pineapple, kale, water, lemon juice, and honey (if using) into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher or bowl, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Discard the pulp or save it for smoothies, muffins, or oatmeal.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
