- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons almonds, soaked*
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Step 2: PureeBlend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
