This Immune Boosting Very Berry Smoothie is loaded with vibrant fruits, leafy greens, and nourishing superfoods to help keep your body feeling strong and ready to take on the day.

It’s naturally sweet, beautifully colorful, and packed with ingredients that support overall wellness — making it perfect for busy mornings or whenever your immune system could use a little extra love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana
  • ½ inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 1 date
  • ¼ cup yogurt (Greek yogurt works great)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons almonds, soaked*

Instructions

Step 1: Blend

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Step 2: Puree

Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.

Step 3: Serve

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor and maximum nutrient benefit.

  • Soaking Almonds: Soaking almonds for a few hours helps soften them for smoother blending and easier digestion.
