Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼–½ cup favorite BBQ sauce (or enough to coat generously)
- Parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
Step 2: Prepare the PacketPlace a long piece of parchment paper in front of you and fold it in half like a book.
Unfold it and pour about ¼ to ½ cup of BBQ sauce onto one side of the parchment. Place the chicken breasts on top and coat them well in the sauce.
Step 3: SealFold the parchment paper back over the chicken. Starting at one end, fold and crease the edges tightly several times, working your way around until the chicken is completely enclosed and sealed. The goal is to prevent any air from escaping.
Step 4: BakePlace the sealed parchment packet on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Carefully open the packet (watch for hot steam) and serve immediately.
