Ingredients
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup packed fresh mint leaves (or 3 mint tea bags)
- 2 tablespoons honey, agave, or sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Pour the boiling water over the fresh mint leaves in a heatproof pitcher or large container.
- Let the tea steep as it cools to room temperature.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved, then add the fresh lemon juice.
- Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Serve over ice, or enjoy warm if preferred.
