Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chopped kale

  • 1 large frozen sliced banana

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 dates, pitted

  • 1 handful ice

  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.

  2. Blend until smooth, using a tamper if needed to push down ingredients.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
