Nacho Scoopers are a fun twist on classic nachos. Instead of piling toppings over a large plate of chips, each chip is individually layered so every bite has the perfect balance of toppings. They’re quick to assemble and perfect for parties, game nights, or easy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 jalapeños, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Arrange the chips
    Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large serving platter.

  2. Add toppings to each chip
    Layer the ingredients in this order on each chip:

    1. Refried beans

    2. Guacamole

    3. Sour cream

    4. Jalapeño slice (optional)

    5. Tomato half

  3. Repeat
    Continue assembling until all chips are topped.

  4. Serve immediately
    Enjoy while the chips are crisp and fresh.

Notes

  • Use scoop-shaped tortilla chips to hold more toppings.
  • Add extras like shredded cheese, black beans, olives, or shredded chicken.
  • For a spicy version, add hot sauce or diced fresh chili peppers.
  • If serving at a party, set up a topping station so guests can build their own scoopers.
