Ingredients

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except sprinkles into a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is fully combined and sticky enough to hold together.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in sprinkles to coat.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container until firm.
Notes
- Texture control: If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of nut butter or honey. If too wet, add extra oats or flaxseed.
