- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (thick, no-stir)
- 1/2 cup honey
- Small pretzels
- Red chocolate candy pieces
- Candy eyes (for decorating)
Instructions
- Prepare oats:
- Place oats in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until finely ground.
- Mix base:
- In a bowl, stir together peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Combine:
- Add ground oats to the mixture.
- Stir until fully combined and dough-like.
- Shape bites:
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture.
- Roll into balls (use a mini ice cream scoop for even sizing).
- Decorate:
- Break pretzels in half for antlers.
- Press pretzels, candy eyes, and red candies (nose) into each ball.
- Set & serve:
- Let sit briefly to firm up, then serve or refrigerate.

- Use thick peanut butter: “No-stir” works best for structure.
