Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Roll Out Dough
- Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 18 × 12 inches), approximately 1/4 inch thick.
3. Add Filling
- Evenly spread mustard over the dough.
- Sprinkle chopped ham and shredded cheese on top.
4. Roll the Dough
- Starting from the long edge closest to you, roll the dough tightly into a log (jelly-roll style).
5. Slice into Pinwheels
- Lightly dust the roll with flour.
- Using a serrated knife, slice into 1-inch thick discs.
6. Prepare for Baking
- Place pinwheels on a parchment- or silicone-lined baking sheet.
- Lightly press each piece to slightly flatten.
7. Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Serve
- Serve warm and enjoy.
