Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 1/2 cups O’s cereal
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
1. Melt the Binder
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine:
- peanut butter
- Honey
- Stir for about 1 minute, until smooth and combined
Microwave option:
Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
- O’s cereal
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
3. Combine
- Pour warm peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture
- Stir thoroughly until evenly coated
4. Press into Pan
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper
- Transfer mixture into pan
- Press firmly with a spatula until smooth and compact
5. Chill
- Refrigerate or freeze for about 15 minutes until firm
6. Slice & Serve
- Cut into bars or squares
- Serve immediately or store chilled

- Press firmly: Prevents bars from crumbling
- Use parchment paper: Makes removal easier
- Cool fully before slicing: Improves structural stability
