Ingredients
- 32 ounces plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1 (3.53 oz) pack acai, thawed
Instructions
1. Raspberry Layer
- Blend raspberries with 1/2 cup yogurt until smooth.
- Divide evenly into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 5–10 minutes.
2. Mango Layer
- Blend mango with 1/2 cup yogurt.
- Pour over raspberry layer.
- Freeze for 5–10 minutes.
3. Pineapple Layer
- Blend pineapple with 1/2 cup yogurt.
- Add to molds and freeze for 5–10 minutes.
4. Spinach Layer
- Blend spinach with 3/4 cup yogurt until smooth.
- Pour and freeze for 5–10 minutes.
5. Blueberry Layer
- Blend blueberries with 1/2 cup yogurt.
- Add to molds and freeze for 5–10 minutes.
6. Blackberry Acai Layer
- Blend blackberries, acai, and 1/4 cup yogurt.
- Pour as final layer.
7. Final Freeze
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze overnight until fully set.
Notes
- Freeze between layers: Prevents colors from bleeding.
- Use a spouted cup: Makes pouring cleaner and more precise.
- Insert sticks easily: Use a small knife to create space if layers are firm.
- Blend thoroughly: Ensures smooth, creamy texture without chunks.
