Smoothie Jars are a simple meal-prep shortcut that turns busy mornings into a quick blend-and-go routine. By pre-portioning nutrient boosters ahead of time, you eliminate measuring, reduce decision fatigue, and make daily smoothies almost effortless.

Ingredients

Choose any combination (based on preference and jar size):

  • 1/2 teaspoon acai powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4 teaspoon green tea powder

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen

  • 1/2 teaspoon camu camu powder

  • 2 teaspoons dried goji berries

  • 1 Brazil nut

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts

  • 2 scoops collagen powder

  • 1 pitted date

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1-inch piece fresh turmeric

Instructions

  1. Build the Jar:
    Combine your selected smoothie boosters in a mason jar.

  2. Store:

    1. Refrigerate for short-term use (3–5 days), or

    2. Freeze for longer storage and maximum freshness.

  3. Blend When Ready:

    1. Add fruit and/or vegetables to a blender.

    2. Empty one smoothie jar into the blender.

    3. Add milk of choice.

    4. Blend until smooth.

  4. Serve Immediately.
