Spiced Apple Cider is a warm and comforting drink infused with cinnamon, cloves, and fresh lemon. This cozy seasonal beverage fills your home with incredible aromas and is perfect for chilly days, holidays, and gatherings.

 

Ingredients

  • ▢ 64 ounces apple cider
  • ▢ 12 whole cloves
  • ▢ Juice of 2 lemons
  • ▢ Lemon rinds from juiced lemons
  • ▢ 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Add the apple cider, cloves, lemon juice, lemon rinds, and cinnamon sticks to a large saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over low heat.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes to allow the spices and citrus flavors to infuse.
  4. Remove the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon rinds before serving.
  5. Ladle into cups and serve warm.

  • Strain Before Serving: Remove whole spices and lemon pieces to keep the drink smooth and easy to enjoy.
