Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped, stemmed, and washed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons agave or honey
- 2 cups water
- 1 large handful ice
Instructions
- Place the strawberries and agave (or honey) into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice and water, then stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with extra strawberries or lemon slices if desired.

- For a smoother lemonade, strain the strawberry puree before mixing.
- Adjust sweetness depending on how sweet your strawberries are.
- Sparkling water can replace regular water for a fizzy version.
