If it’s summer and your blender isn’t out, this is your sign. This Strawberry Peach Smoothie is sweet, creamy, and full of fresh fruit flavor. It’s one of those simple recipes that feels almost too easy—but once you try it, you’ll keep coming back to it.

Ripe strawberries and frozen peaches blend together into a bright, refreshing smoothie that works for breakfast, snack time, or even a light afternoon treat.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups strawberries

  • 1½ cups frozen peaches

  • 1½ cups milk

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, frozen peaches, milk, Greek yogurt, and honey to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, reduce the milk slightly or add a few extra frozen peaches. For a thinner consistency, splash in a little more milk and blend again.
