Strawberry Popsicles

Naturally sweetened, bright red Strawberry Popsicles are sure to make your family’s eyes light right up!

Ingredients

▢ 2 1/4 cups strawberries, stems removed
▢ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
▢ 1 tablespoon honey or agave

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour several tablespoons of the mixture into individual popsicle molds (follow manufacturer’s directions).
  3. Freeze overnight, or for at least 4–5 hours, until fully set.
  4. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

  • Easy Removal: Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release popsicles بسهولة.
  • Best Flavor: Use ripe, sweet strawberries (fresh or frozen both work).
  • Add Texture: Stir in small chopped strawberry pieces before freezing.
  • For Babies: If under 1 year old, omit honey. Always consult a pediatrician before introducing new foods.
