Ingredients
▢ 2 1/4 cups strawberries, stems removed
▢ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
▢ 1 tablespoon honey or agave
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, lemon juice, and honey in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour several tablespoons of the mixture into individual popsicle molds (follow manufacturer’s directions).
- Freeze overnight, or for at least 4–5 hours, until fully set.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- Easy Removal: Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release popsicles بسهولة.
- Best Flavor: Use ripe, sweet strawberries (fresh or frozen both work).
- Add Texture: Stir in small chopped strawberry pieces before freezing.
- For Babies: If under 1 year old, omit honey. Always consult a pediatrician before introducing new foods.
