  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup mango, chopped (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 1 cup milk (rice, almond, soy, or dairy)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 12 raw almonds

  • 1 large handful of ice

Ingredients

  1. Add Everything to Blender: Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend on High: Purée for about 1 minute, or until completely smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust Texture (Optional):

    1. Add more milk for a thinner drink.

    2. Add extra ice for a thicker, frostier texture.

  4. Serve Immediately: Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy while cold.

Instructions

  • Extra Creamy: Use Greek yogurt for higher protein and thicker consistency.

  • Nut-Free Option: Omit almonds or replace with sunflower seeds.

  • Tropical Boost: Add a few pineapple chunks for brighter acidity.

  • Meal Upgrade: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to turn this into a filling breakfast smoothie.
