Transport yourself to vacation mode with this bright and refreshing Tropical Smoothie. It’s incredibly simple to whip up and tastes like something you’d sip while relaxing on a quiet beach.

Sweet pineapple and mango blend with creamy banana and yogurt for a smoothie that’s smooth, lightly tangy, and perfectly tropical. It’s sunshine in a glass — and it comes together in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup pineapple, chopped
  • ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup mango, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice

Instructions

Step 1: Blend

Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.

Step 2: Puree

Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Step 3: Serve

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.

Notes

  • Fresh or Frozen Fruit: Frozen fruit will create a thicker, frostier smoothie. Fresh fruit will yield a lighter, silkier texture.

  • Make It Dairy-Free: Use plant-based yogurt and your favorite non-dairy milk.

  • Protein Boost: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra staying power.

  • Optional Super Boosts: Hemp seeds, chia seeds, reishi, collagen peptides, or vanilla protein powder blend in seamlessly without overpowering the tropical flavor.

  • Sweeter Option: If your fruit isn’t very ripe, add a drizzle of honey or a date for natural sweetness.
