Simple, fresh, and naturally sweet, Yogurt for Two is an easy layered breakfast or snack that feels special without requiring much effort. Creamy Greek yogurt pairs with ripe peaches, bananas, and juicy blackberries for a balanced combination of protein, fiber, and natural sweetness.

Part parfait, part smoothie, this recipe blends textures and flavors beautifully — perfect for sharing or enjoying as a light, nourishing start to the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 peaches, sliced

  • 2 small bananas

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk

Instructions

  1. In two serving glasses, layer the following:

    1. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

    2. 1 sliced peach

    3. 1 sliced banana

    4. 1/2 cup blackberries

  2. Place the remaining fruit and milk into a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the blended mixture over the layered yogurt.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Choose Ripe Fruit: Sweet, ripe peaches and bananas provide natural sweetness without added sugar.

  • Texture Tip: For a thicker topping, reduce the milk slightly; for a smoother pour, add an extra splash.

  • Make It Dairy-Free: Substitute plant-based yogurt and milk alternatives.

  • Extra Crunch: Add granola, nuts, or seeds just before serving for texture.

  • Meal Prep Friendly: Prepare fruit ahead of time and assemble just before eating for best freshness.
