This Double Berry Smoothie is bright, refreshing, and naturally tart, combining strawberries and raspberries for a nutrient-packed start to your day. Ready in just five minutes, it’s an easy, protein-rich smoothie perfect for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or an afternoon energy boost.

Ingredients

Yield: 1 serving

  • ½ banana

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • ¾ cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 serving collagen peptides

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

Optional Additions

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender
    Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed, starting with the milk to help blending.

  2. Blend Until Smooth
    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.

  3. Adjust Consistency (Optional)
    Add a splash more milk if needed and blend again until desired texture is reached.

  4. Serve Immediately
    Pour into a glass and enjoy right away for the freshest flavor and texture.
