This Mango Spiced Smoothie has quickly become one of the new favorites in our house. That bright golden color alone is enough to lift your mood — it’s like sunshine poured straight into a glass.

Sweet mango blends beautifully with warming cinnamon and turmeric, creating a creamy smoothie that’s both comforting and energizing. It’s naturally sweet, gently spiced, and packed with nourishing ingredients to help you start your day feeling your best.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • Pinch of crushed black pepper
  • 1½ cups milk (any kind of milk works)

Instructions

Step 1: Add to Blender

Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed.

Step 2: Blend

Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. If needed, stop and scrape down the sides to fully incorporate all ingredients.

Step 3: Serve

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor and best texture.

Notes

  • Frozen Cauliflower: Adds creaminess and nutrients without altering the flavor. A great way to sneak in extra veggies.
  • Black Pepper + Turmeric: The pinch of black pepper helps enhance the absorption of turmeric’s beneficial compounds.
  • Bee Pollen: Omit if you have pollen allergies or are unsure about sensitivities.
  • Make It Thicker: Use less milk or add extra frozen mango for a thicker smoothie bowl consistency.
  • Dairy-Free Option: Almond, oat, coconut, or soy milk all work beautifully.
